These luminaries are inspired by a stunning blue Dragonfly shade in the collection of the New-York Historical Society, designed by Clara Driscoll (American, 1861–1944), manager of the women who selected and cut glass at Tiffany Studios (the Tiffany Girls). With shimmering veils of leaded glass lamps and windows, Louis C. Tiffany and his designers created a revolutionary design aesthetic that brought the beauty of the natural world into the home.
