The Frank Lloyd Wright Saguaro Forms Wrightsicle Ornament is adapted from one of Wright's most popular designs. In 1926-27 Liberty Magazine commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright to design a series of cover designs that the editors thought to be too "radical" and never used. In 1973 there was a fire in the Arizona Biltmore. The Saguaro Forms and Cactus Flowers graphic was selected from the Frank Lloyd Wright Archive to be rendered in glass in the reconstructed foyer. The ornament is crafted in solid brass, electroplated in a non-tarnishing silver finish and gift boxed with the design's history printed inside. 4.2" in length. Made in the USA.
