The Origin Ballpoint Pen is designed by Wan Sui Ping for Ten Design Stationery. The name "Origin" comes from the question, "What is the original meaning of a writing tool?". Removing the pen clip, considering the need of anti-sliding and emphasizing the comfortable hand feeling; the result is the original meaning of a writing tool. This question was the starting point for the development of a ballpoint pen that does just that without familiar design components and takes a pure, minimalistic form. The conventional clip has been replaced by a linear element that merely interprets the clips form. Through its optimized diameter, the pen sits well in the hand and allows for the drawing of precise lines as well as for a relaxed and tidy writing experience. The pens slim, tapered form and elegant appearance appeals to a diverse range of users, their accessories and working materials. Red Dot Design Award Winner for 2011. Black Ballpoint pen. Swiss refill (universal type). Ten Design Stationery established in 2010, is a 100% Hong Kong design stationery brand.
