The vast majority of the items we offer are stocked here at ArchitectGiftsPlus. Orders received by Midnight Central Standard Time usually ship out on the next business day except for a few items where otherwise indicated. As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email order confirmation, followed by a second email when your order goes out with shipping details. Our Midwest location means fast delivery throughout the U.S.
Shipping options are: Ground shipping by UPS with delivery in 2-5 business days according to delivery location; UPS 2nd Day Air with 2 business day delivery within the 48 continental states; Next Day Air Saver with next business day delivery within the 48 continental states (Hawaii and Alaska are shipped by Priority Mail).

Once the item is in your country, you will be responsible for any tariffs, customs and excise duties, or import fees that may apply.)
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Every piece we ship goes out with a Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. We ask that you please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the unused merchandise in its original manufacturer packaging and shipping carton within 30 DAYS of receipt for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund. Holiday gifts purchased in November and December have an extended return period through January 31. (Refunds do NOT include original or return shipping charges. A 15% restocking charge applies to customized and special order items. Exchanges are of course shipped at no charge.)
