Fountain Pen Designed by Dietrich Lubs for Düller

The Fountain Pen from Düller designed by Dietrich Lubs epitomizes the German Functionalist school of industrial design. Even people not familiar with the name Dietrich Lubs have seen his designs hundreds of times. Along with Dieter Rams, Dietrich Lubs and the Braun line of products on which he started working in 1962 elegantly merged function and style. The unique packaging of the Düller Dietrich Lubs Fountain Pen is of course itself a functioning note book in which the pen comes embedded. The message in German on the first page from Dietrich Lubs encapsulates his design philosophy of the Düller pen line made in collaboration with Staedtler. The pen body is black aluminum. The nib is German Schmidt. Black Cartridge ink. Pen Dimensions: Length capped 4.18" (10.5cm).In writing mode 5.7" (14.5cm).
